These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the FAMBUL GLOBAL platform (“Platform”), available at www.fambulglobal.com and associated applications, and the purchase of experiences and merchandise offered through the Platform.
The Platform is operated under the brand FAMBUL GLOBAL (“FAMBUL GLOBAL,” “we,” “our,” “us”). All sales and operations are conducted by Leone Investments LLC, a New York limited liability company with offices at 90 State Street, Suite 700, Office 40, Albany, NY 12207, USA. Leone Investments LLC acts as the seller-of-record and payment processor for all bookings and purchases made through the Platform.
By booking, purchasing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
Group Trips: Multi-day curated itineraries, typically one to two weeks, bookable only as a complete package with a fixed cohort of travelers. These may be offered directly by FAMBUL GLOBAL or by independent third-party suppliers (“Independent Suppliers”).
Tours, Activities, and Events: Experiences which may last hours, a day, or multiple days (e.g. retreats, workshops, networking events). These may be offered directly by FAMBUL GLOBAL or by Independent Suppliers.
Merchandise: Branded goods (e.g. apparel, accessories, bags) sold through the Platform.
Independent Suppliers: Third-party businesses who list and operate their own experiences on the Platform. When you book with them, your contract is directly with the Independent Supplier.
Part A: General Terms (Apply To All Users)
A1. Eligibility
FAMBUL GLOBAL experiences are generally restricted to participants aged 18 and over. Where an Independent Supplier allows minors, they are responsible for obtaining verifiable parental/guardian consent and complying with all applicable laws.
Eligibility requirements may include, but are not limited to:
minimum age,
valid identification,
health or fitness suitability.
These requirements are displayed on the listing and form part of your contract.
A2. Booking and Payment
All bookings and purchases must be made via www.fambulglobal.com.
All prices are shown and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.
A booking or order is not confirmed until cleared payment has been received.
If payment is declined, reversed, or fails, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Leone Investments LLC is the contracting party and seller-of-record for all Platform transactions.
Independent Suppliers set base prices, but FAMBUL GLOBAL may apply discounts, promotions, bundles, service fees, or currency conversions.
A3. Platform Accounts and Use
You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account.
Only one account may be held per person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Unauthorized resale, ticket brokering, scraping, or other misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
A4. Conduct and Compliance (All Experiences)
You must comply with all applicable laws, cultural norms, and safety requirements, and follow lawful instructions given by FAMBUL GLOBAL or Independent Suppliers operating your experience.
Unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct may result in removal without refund, including but not limited to: harassment, property damage, excessive intoxication, illegal substance use, refusal to follow instructions, or endangerment of others.
A5. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
Travel and activities involve inherent risks. By booking, you accept responsibility for your health, safety, and belongings.
FAMBUL GLOBAL’s liability is limited to the greater of $200 or the total amount you paid, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or to the extent that such a limitation is prohibited by law (e.g., in cases of death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights in the EU and UK).
Part B: Group Trips
B1. Scope
Multi-day curated itineraries, typically one to two weeks, with a fixed group of travelers. Must be purchased as a full package. Guests cannot purchase or join only part of a trip. Once booked, you may choose not to attend certain activities, but refunds or replacements will not be provided.
B2. Booking Options
Full Package (with Accommodation and Transfers): Includes lodging and transfers arranged by FAMBUL GLOBAL or an Independent Supplier, as specified in the itinerary.
Experience Only (without Accommodation): Guests arrange their own lodging and meet at the daily pickup point.
B3. Travel Documentation
International Travelers: Must provide emergency contacts, valid passport (6+ months validity), visas, permits, vaccinations, and proof of valid travel insurance.
In-Country Participants: Must provide emergency contacts and proof of valid insurance. For higher-risk activities (e.g. water sports, hiking, cycling, adventure sports), additional insurance may be required.
Failure to obtain or provide proof of required documentation or insurance may result in denied participation without refund.
B4. Room Bookings and Transfers (Full Package only)
Room types may be private or shared double occupancy.
Shared rooms must be booked with a pre-arranged partner; FAMBUL GLOBAL does not pair strangers.
Private rooms may be transferred with written approval; shared rooms require consent of both guests.
B5. Liability (Group Trips)
FAMBUL GLOBAL’s liability is capped at the total amount you paid, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or to the extent that such a limitation is prohibited by law.
Supplier Caveat: Where a Group Trip is operated by an Independent Supplier, your contract is with the Independent Supplier. Their policies and waivers apply.
FAMBUL GLOBAL is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or representations of Independent Suppliers, as our role is solely to provide the booking platform. This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Part C: Tours, Activities and Events
C1. Scope
Standalone experiences lasting hours, a day, or multiple days (e.g. retreats, workshops, networking events).
C2. Requirements
Eligibility requirements are displayed on each listing.
Insurance may be required for certain experiences and is recommended for all participants.
Higher-risk activities include, but are not limited to: water sports, hiking, cycling, adventure sports, or activities involving animals. Proof of coverage may be requested.
Failure to obtain or provide proof of required insurance may result in denied participation without refund.
C3. Liability
FAMBUL GLOBAL’s liability is capped at the total amount you paid, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or to the extent that such a limitation is prohibited by law.
C4. Supplier Caveat
Where an experience is operated by an Independent Supplier:
Your contract is with the Independent Supplier.
Their cancellation and refund policies apply.
They may require additional waivers or onsite agreements.
FAMBUL GLOBAL is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or representations of Independent Suppliers, as our role is solely to provide the booking platform. This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Part D: Merchandise Sales
D1. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed when payment is processed. Leone Investments LLC is the seller-of-record for merchandise sales.
D2. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates.
Risk of loss transfers once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
D3. Returns and Refunds
Returns accepted if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
U.S. and non-EU/UK customers: 14 days from receipt to initiate a return.
EU/UK customers: 14 days to notify us of cancellation, plus 14 more days to return goods.
Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
D4. Warranties and Disclaimers
All merchandise is sold “as is” except where statutory consumer protections apply (see Appendix A for EU/UK).
D5. Liability (Merchandise)
FAMBUL GLOBAL’s liability is limited to the purchase price you paid, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or to the extent that such a limitation is prohibited by law.
Part E: Cancellations And Refunds
E1. Group Trips
90+ days before start: 80% refund (minus $100 fee).
60–89 days: 50% refund (minus $100 fee).
Less than 60 days: no refund.
No-shows or early departures: no refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
E2. Tours, Activities, and Events
14+ days before start: full refund.
14 days or less: no refund.
No-shows: no refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
E3. Supplier-Operated Experiences
Governed by the Independent Supplier’s cancellation and refund policies stated on the listing.
E4. Merchandise
Governed by Part D (returns & refunds). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Part F: Photography, Video & Marketing Use
F1. Event Recording
We and, where applicable, Independent Suppliers may photograph, film, or otherwise record Experiences. These recordings may be used for operational, documentation, or safety purposes.
F2. Marketing Use
By booking an experience, you grant FAMBUL GLOBAL a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use any photos, videos, or audio recordings from the experience for its marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes.
For participants who are minors or for users in the European Union or United Kingdom, we will obtain your separate, verifiable, and active consent through a designated consent form before using your image, video, or voice for marketing.
F3. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon withdrawal, FAMBUL GLOBAL will cease new uses and remove the image(s) from our own digital channels within a reasonable period (typically 30 days). Withdrawal does not require recall of printed materials, already-produced media, or third-party reposts outside our control.
F4. Independent Suppliers
Independent Suppliers may also record or use media during their experiences. Their use of images, videos, or audio recordings is governed by their own terms, policies, and consent procedures. FAMBUL GLOBAL does not control or accept liability for how Independent Suppliers use media content.
Part G: Universal Legal Provisions
G1. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires),
severe weather or environmental conditions,
war, terrorism, civil unrest, armed conflict,
strikes, labor disputes, industrial actions,
government actions, border closures, changes in laws/regulations,
public health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics,
infrastructure failures (transport shutdowns, power outages, internet blackouts),
any other event making performance impossible, unsafe, or commercially impracticable.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, reschedule, or provide credit. Refunds are subject to cancellation policies and your travel insurance coverage.
G2. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply only to new bookings. Customers will be notified of material changes via email and/or a notice on the Platform.
G3. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
G4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
G5. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Individual claims may be brought in New York small claims court if eligible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
G6. Right to Refuse or Remove
We or Independent Suppliers may refuse service, deny participation, or remove you for safety, legal, or conduct reasons, including but not limited to: breach of local laws, harassment, intoxication, refusal to comply with staff instructions, or endangerment of others. No refund is due beyond the applicable policy.
G7. Complaints and Claims
Issues should be raised onsite with trip leaders, Independent Suppliers, or our support team.
Formal complaints must be submitted within 60 days of the experience end date.
For Independent Supplier experiences, complaints should go to the Independent Supplier first (we may assist in escalation).

Appendix A: EU/UK Customers
Withdrawal (Merchandise): 14 days to notify cancellation + 14 more days to return. Refunds include basic shipping.
Exclusions: No withdrawal right for leisure services (trips, tours, events) tied to specific dates.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK/EU consumer law. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Data Protection: Personal data is processed in line with GDPR
Appendix B: U.S. Customers
Arbitration: Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Jury Waiver: You waive the right to a jury trial.
Liability Cap: Limited to the greater of $200 or the total amount paid.
Venue: Disputes not subject to arbitration must be brought in New York courts.
